3. Purpose and legal bases of the processing of personal data

We process your personal data in order to provide portal services, portal support and other services and features offered by our company through the portal. We need to process information about you in order to provide the services of www.jobformodels.com. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our services. Registration is two-step. In the first step, you submit us the basic registration information and then (to make better use of the services) the data will be added. The purpose of registering on www.jobformodels.com is to receive job offers in the field of modeling, hostessing, invitations to job interviews, auditions, etc.

Information and content you provide to us. We collect the content, communications, and other information you provide when using our portal services such as when you register an account, create or share content, and communicate with other messengers. This includes payment information, such as your credit or debit card number and other card details, additional account and identity information, billing, delivery, and contact information. We also keep this information on our accounting documents.

This may include information about you, e.g. when others share or comment on a photo you're on when they send you a message or when they upload, sync, or import information about you.

- bodies of public administration and state bodies under special regulations - the Tax Office, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,

- third parties involved in ongoing or potential judicial, criminal or administrative proceedings, or such third parties as may assist us in enforcing or defending legal rights. For example, we may share information with our legal or other professional advisers.

7. Transmission of personal data to a third country or international organization

The transfer of personal data to third countries takes place, specifically in the USA.

8. The period during which your personal data will be stored

At least for the duration of your registration on the portal (for the duration of your portal-based account) and three years after your last visit to your account.

9. Rights of the person concerned

If you feel affected by your rights, you can file a motion for personal data protection with the Office for Personal Data Protection under § 100 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 Z. z. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts.

(a) Right of access to personal data

You have the right to provide us with a copy of the personal data we have at your disposal, as well as information on how we use your personal information. In most cases, your personal information will be provided to you in written form, unless you request another way to provide it. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided electronically if technically possible.

(b) The right to rectify personal data

We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information we have at your disposal. If you believe that the data we have is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, please do not hesitate to ask us to modify, update or complete this information.

c) The right to restrict the processing of personal data

Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us not to use your personal information. Ide such as cases where you believe that personal information we have about you may be inaccurate or if you believe that we no longer need your personal data to be used.

d) The right to erase personal data

You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have received you no longer need to fulfill the original purpose of the processing. However, your right must be assessed in the light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have some legal and regulatory obligations, which means we will not be able to comply with your request.
We reserve the right to delete inappropriate content (such as pornography, status or documents promoting racial intolerance, racism, extremist ideas, etc.) from the portal.

(e) The right to the portability of personal data

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to ask us to transfer the personal data you have provided us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to portability concerns only personal data that we have obtained from you on the basis of consent or under a contract of which you are one of the parties.

f) The right to object

You have a right to object to the processing of data that is based on our legitimate legitimate interests. If we do not have a valid legitimate reason for processing and you object, we will not process your personal data further.

In cases where your personal data is processed by your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data we have processed on your behalf.

11. Will your data be used for automated individual decision making?

Personal data will not be used for automated individual decisions, including profiling.
